Beware of this hotel. It's a scam. The conditions of the hotel is not satisfactory. The room booking is different from the photos described. Many ants in the room. Many stains on sofa and beddings. The bathroom still has some hairs left. The bathroom window cannot be closed. The owner promised to refund the booking but turned out to be none. The conversation has been recorded. Please avoid this hotel.

We were greeted with friendly staff. Due to miscommunication between 訂房網站.com and Regal Residency, which caused us some inconveniences,, the manager offered us to pick one of 2 rooms of our choice (which we never asked for it) and an extra fan for our comfort (weather was hot, again we never asked for the fan). I would say the service was great. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was a breeze as the water pressure was strong and with a good supply of hot water (not inconsistent where you got cold water in between). It would be better if air conditioning was provided. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

We booked a superior suite with a king bed on the platform. After checking in, my son wanted two beds. The owner was very friendly and upgraded us to an executive suite with two beds. The room was large and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. Because I liked this kind of room, I stayed for two more days. It was a pleasant 訂房網站.

Not a bad place to stay! Some staff could be abit more welcoming and at least have some kind of people skills! Great location close to several amenties!
